Delete your Tipple account

Tipple is made by Tipple Pte. Ltd. You can delete your Tipple account, and the data that goes with it, at any time.

In the app

1. Open Tipple and sign in.
2. Go to Profile, then Delete account.
3. Confirm with your password, or by signing in again with Google or Apple if that is how you joined.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email support@tipple.sg from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm before we act, so that nobody else can delete your account. We delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner, and reply to tell you it is done.

What is deleted

Your profile, email address, photo, saved and hidden venues, notes, trivia answers, reports, alert settings, push tokens and app usage.

What is kept

Records of offers you claimed, the consents you gave and our data access log. We need them for billing venues and as evidence. Before we keep them, your name, email and anything else that identifies you are removed, and of your date of birth we keep only whether you were 18 or over. More detail is in our privacy policy.

Delete some data, keep your account

You can remove these in the app at any time:

• Saved venues: tap the heart on a venue again.
• Notes: open your note on a venue and choose Delete.
• Hidden venues: Profile, then Hidden venues, then Unhide.
• Marketing emails: switch them off in Profile.
• Name and photo: change them in Profile.

For anything else, email support@tipple.sg from the address you signed up with and tell us what to delete. We reply within 30 days.
